Our initial meeting at your home is a collaborative effort. We establish your needs, wants, and style so that we can determine the correct approach to your project. After discussing the complexity of the project, we can suggest whether or not it is necessary to complete an overall master plan. There is no fee for the initial meeting.

If the initial job is obvious and clearly defined, we can complete an on site survey and prepare a concept with all of the details discussed in our meeting. From there, we can prepare estimates for areas of immediate concern.

If we recommend an overall plan, or if you desire to see the entire property designed or renovated, we can determine cost for these services. This is based on size of property and complexity of project. This is extremely advantageous when designing driveway circulation and parking, entertaining areas, patios / walkways, garden areas, walls, swimming pools and water features. We will develop preliminary scaled drawings showing locations of  features such as hardscaping with design detail, planting beds and plant selections, and any other details desired. After review and changes, we will provide estimates for a logical sequence for completion of your project. This can be completed in phases for budgetary purposes.
